The AirX Filtered Valve Core will keep your tire pressure up and your tire costs down.

Underinflation will rob you of tread life, fuel economy and casing retreadability. Air loss through the valve core is a significant contributing factor leading to underinflation.

The new AirX Filtered Valve Core features a protective filtration system to ensure that the valve core seal does not become contaminated with dirt, rubber particles or debris.

The protective stainless steel filter, which is attached to the end of the valve core, seats firmly into the base of the valve stem housing, protecting the valve core seal. Therefore, contaminates inside the tire cannot reach the valve core seat.

This breakthrough valve core offers the most significant advance in valve stem hardware in over 50 years.

Valve stems equipped with a filtered valve core can be used with flow through valve caps, valve stem extensions, pressure equalization devices and on-board central inflation systems. It is designed to fit valve stems that accommodate a long valve core.

Use of the filtered valve core eliminates the need of a filter extension when using EQUAL Tire Performance.
