The BLOCK is a 100% effective point of use moisture block that stops all airline moisture and contaminants to provide clean, dry air for all pneumatic tools.

Clean, dry air is the key to optimum performance and maximum service life from pneumatic tools. By design, air supply systems are closed and the air is in a static condition. Air moves only when a pneumatic component is being operated. Air trapped in the static state contains moisture and burst oils due to compression and temperature changes. Moisture and oil create corrosion and contamination within the air supply lines, which then collect and pass into pneumatic components. The end result is expensive downtime, equipment repairs or equipment replacement.

Don't be fooled into thinking you're protected by a dryer. Compressor dryers only remove moisture at the compressor. Condensation can occur at any point along lengthy airlines. A common airline filter material is designed only to remove water from the air. Without proper maintenance, the synthetic filter material becomes coated or saturated and no longer performs its water removal function.

To guarantee that moisture stays out of your airlines, pneumatic tools and tires, use the BLOCK. This high-tech element does not absorb moisture; it blocks it! As the special BLOCK-ADE element becomes activated with moisture, the molecules expand to block the passage of air. If the BLOCK-ADE becomes completely saturated, the molecules expand to the point of completely stopping all movement of air and moisture. Truly a fail-safe check valve against damage caused by moisture compressed on airlines. When the flow of air is completely blocked, you simply replace the old element and let it dry before re-using.
