20/20 Wheel & Rim Refinishing System - Monorail

The 20/20 Monorail begins in the paint booth with a lift to raise wheels or rims to the monorail for final paint touch-up. A fast, nonpowered, simple and effective material handling system, the monorail has no electrical parts. Instead wheels hook to trolley swivel sets, which can be moved manually at the pace of the operator. Wheels then latch into a pneumatically operating reciprocating indexing system for smooth flawless movement through the IR oven. The Monorail provides for ease of wheel and rim handling and extra dry-to-touch time before wheels or rims are handled.
