Transfer Efficient Electrostatic Application
"Transfer efficient" means that our powder holds its charge well. "Electrostatic application" means that the powder is attracted to the wheel, similar to static-cling. As a result, our powder doesn't run
or drip; instead, it moves around corners to ensure full coverage!
Powder Coat Applicator
The Sure Coat spray gun is designed for superior performance, durability and operator comfort. No other powder spray gun on the market offers all these important features:
- Extremely well balanced with two handle inserts
- Purge button located on the handle
- Snap-fit construction
- Standard air-wash feature
- Optional cup gun available for quick color change for smaller jobs

Wheel Lift Rotator
A pneumatically powered Wheel Lift Rotator rotates the wheel during painting. The top of the unit can be swiveled horizontally to access all sides of the wheels and rims. This unit will help produce a better final finish quality by making the painting operation easier.
