PROPER SURFACE PREPARATION
Wheel blasting aims to remove wheel coatings so that steel wheels can be prepared for refinishing. Our blaster was engineered with a premium sealing system and curved blades to maximize shot impact and surface cleaning consistency.
- Fast throughput
- Increase operating efficiency
- Reduce labor and operating time
- Ease of maintenance
The combination of our shot blaster and our shot blast blend removes coatings without damaging the wheel or causing corrosion in the next life cycle. Our add-on vertical wheel lift reduces fatigue and strain while getting the wheel up off the ground and into the blaster.
Have our 2020 Blaster? Our updated PRO LINE III BLASTER increases wheels cleaned in the first pass by 77%. Is it time to upgrade?

COMPETITIVE MATERIALS
ATTACK STEEL
TMC specifies a 3.5 mil coating thickness to ensure proper coating, and achieving a full cure improves wheel torque and overall fleet safety.
Use of the wrong blast media can reduce wheel durability and decrease service life by damaging the wheel’s surface resulting in excessive etching, creating severe peaks and valleys requiring more coating to cover. This causes inconsistencies in the coating thickness.
Our shot is a blend of steel grit and shot, and removes coatings without damaging the wheel or causing corrosion in the next life cycle.
