ABOUT BECCI

Becci Zullinger serves as IMI’s Director of Project Management & IT, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. She began her journey with IMI in 2020 as an Executive Assistant and quickly transitioned into an IT Support role, where her skill set and initiative stood out. In 2025, she was promoted to her current position, where she now oversees strategic project execution and IT operations.

Prior to joining IMI, Becci spent over 15 years working in various IT support and administrative roles, gaining hands-on experience in both technology and customer service. She holds a BSBA in Information Systems from Shippensburg University. Driven by a strong desire to serve others, Becci honed her skills in software and technology during her time at Agway and Manitowoc, where she thrived in people-centered roles. Her commitment to putting others first — paired with her deep technical expertise — continues to be a valuable asset in her current position. 

Becci was drawn to IMI because the job description reflected the full scope of her career experience and aligned closley with the core values she believes in. From day one, she knew she had found her professional “home” as part of the IMI team. 

Becci lives in Shippensburg, PA, with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Halle and Bailey. Outside of the office, she enjoys nature, anything outdoors, and being crafty.
