MEET JENNIFER SURACETHE CONNECTOR
Jennifer Surace is our Customer Experience Manager. She started working for IMI in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and moved into Customer Experience, where she currently leads the team. Prior to joining IMI, she worked in various fields where she was able to gain knowledge that she applies every day to provide an extraordinary experience for our customers at IMI.
She desires to provide a memorable journey for every IMI customer and finds it rewarding to play a role in this every day. IMI’s extraordinary dedication inspires her to continually have a impact on our customers’ experiences. She helps customers with her problem solving & communication skills, empathy & patience to understand and listen to what customers are experiencing, and the ability to handle the unexpected.
Jen is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Pennsylvania for six years with her husband and three children. They have a menagerie of pets, including fish, dogs, and a hermit crab. They can often be found watching their children participate in numerous activities including: hockey, karate, and piano. She has an Associate’s Degree and is currently continuing her education at Penn State.
