ABOUT ALEXIS

Alexis, our Employee Experience & Recruiting Coordinator, joined the team in 2021. Previously, she was an Admissions Coordinator, where she learned how to master multitasking and meet the client/customer needs. She also has a background working in office environments, where she developed strong skills in supporting day-to-day operations and team collaboration. In her role as a Recruiting Coordinator, Alexis especially enjoys connecting with candidates and helping identify the right fit for the right seat within the company. She has a passion for hiring and takes pride in helping build strong teams across departments.

Alexis considers herself a people person and loves helping others, whether employees or candidates. She is always eager to lend a helping hand and make someone’s day a little easier. She enjoys learning something new every day and expanding her knowledge within the organization.

Alexis currently lives in Waynesboro with her daughter, and she spends much of her free time going on never-ending adventures and making memories together.
