ABOUT BRENT

Brent joined the IMI team in 2025 as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of executive-level sales leadership experience. Throughout his career, Brent has driven growth and operational excellence across diverse industries and has a passion for hiring, training, and mentoring high-performing sales and marketing teams that foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. 

Brent successfully implements strategies that build strong cultures, accelerate lead generation, strengthen pipeline development, and maximize revenue opportunities. Beyond sales, he loves to develop strong cross-functional leadership, partnering seamlessly with Operations, Production, Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Finance to align organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Whether optimizing processes or shaping executive strategy, he remains focused on positioning IMI for long-term success in competitive markets. 

He was drawn to IMI by its people and culture; specifically, the team’s shared commitment to working together to build something meaningful. The pride he sees in teammates striving to create a true “work home” continues to fuel his leadership every day.

Brent lives in Lancaster with his wife, Renee, and their two sons, Chase and Cole. On the weekends, you’ll often find him at soccer games. He’s also a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Francisco 49ers.
