Heather joined the IMI team as our Order Entry Specialist in 2025.
With nine years of experience in the commercial trucking industry, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to safety in every role she takes on. Before joining IMI, she held positions spanning customer experience, fleet management, and planning — giving her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges customers face daily.
At IMI, Heather takes pride in ensuring that orders are processed promptly and accurately, helping to maintain seamless operations across departments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset, Heather excels at building lasting relationships and working collaboratively to resolve customer needs.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys camping and making memories with her husband and two children!
