ABOUT JEFF

Jeff joined the IMI team in 2025 as our Equipment Service Technician. 

With decades of experience in field service and customer support, Jeff brings a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to his role. His natural curiosity for how things work led him into this profession — a trait he has applied throughout his career to solve complex challenges and support customers with hands-on experience.

Jeff takes pride in his ability to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns while building strong, lasting relationships based on trust and reliability. His approach combines technical expertise with genuine care to ensure every customer’s success.

He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with his wife, Cara, and their three dogs: Harley, Gizmo, and Greta. His daughter, Ashtyn, and son, Lane, join them every Friday or Saturday for family dinners and good conversation. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys beach vacations, grilling up a killer dinner, and spending quality time outdoors hiking, hunting, fishing, and participating in shooting sports.
