Kayla Parson joined IMI as a Customer Experience Specialist in 2024. She joins IMI with 5 years of administrative and clerical experiences, some of which she previously spent with us helping with special projects! She also has a degree in Professional Writing and Information Technology. Kayla enjoys working with technological processes and creating documentation and hopes to be a technical writer someday.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys doing various things such as spending time with her cats Beans and Vayda, and adventuring locally. She also finds interest in reading articles with obscure topics and listening to eclectic music.
