ABOUT TAYLOR

Taylor Everson, our Operations & Inventory Coordinator, joined IMI in 2024 with over five years of experience in operations and logistics. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, from onboarding new vendors to providing customer support, honing a diverse skill set that supports her focus on fostering strong relationships with both customers and vendors.

Growing up around her great grandfather’s recycling facility, Taylor developed an early connection to the trucking industry. She’s worked with trucking companies and owner-operators, wearing many hats in the operations side of commercial trucking — from accounts payable to dispatching trucks. These experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges within the industry and the importance of truck safety.

Taylor values the collaborative, team-oriented environment at IMI, where the team works together to achieve shared goals. With over 10+ years of customer service experience, she takes pride in empathizing with customers and understanding their needs.

A lifelong resident of Chambersburg, PA, Taylor is married to her husband, Tyler, and together, they have three children: Hayden, Aubree, and Gannon, and two dogs: Nova and Diesel. Outside the office, Taylor love spending time with her family  and drag racing her 1940 Chevy Coupe at Mason Dixon Dragway. Taylor’s favorite color is black!
