MEET RITA BINGAMAN
THE ENERGIZERABOUT RITA
Rita Bingaman is one of our Customer Experience Specialists. Prior to joining IMI, she spent over 30 years in the corporate world, where she gained diverse experience that she utilizes daily at IMI in her dedication and passion for customer service and building & growing relationships with direct customers, clients, or co-workers.
Coming into the commercial trucking industry was both challenging and exciting for Rita, and every day she learns something new. Some of her most valued skills for helping our customers are listening, doing the right thing, and taking the time to understand the individual needs and wants of the customer. Rita tries to see the positive in everything, and if there is an issue or problem, there is no blame. Her outlook is “how can we fix this?”
Rita has three wonderful sons and two (very large) dogs. Her family is involved in animal rescue programs, and she co-chairs a team for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. She lives in Greencastle, PA, close to her mother and special needs brother, along with her husband’s grandmother, whom they help care for.
